Within a context of production plant competition, in-house logistics performance is a key differentiating element. In part outsourced, in-house logistics must develop increased productivity and quality of service. In order to meet this double challenge, ISS LP and Atos Origin (Systems Intégrations and Atos Worldline) have developed a solution, open to other logistics providers, allowing for real-time monitoring and analysis of lines of improvement of production processes.
A web platform, hosted by Atos Worldline, processes and analyses, in real time, all on-site events (location, loading, speed, collisions…) emitted by all industrial trucks, equipped with an emitter and various sensors.
Several industrial plants, in Nantes, Toulouse…are already or in the process of being equipped. This solution illustrates Atos Origin’s know-how regarding M2M and operated-mode services applied to the industry.
