  • Finanz Informatik and Atos Worldline collaborate on authorization of credit card payment transactions
    Atos Worldline Pay Front Office to be used in conjunction with OSPlus-Card-Processing platform
    Frankfurt, 26 March 2013 – Finanz Informatik (FI) is taking over the technical processing of a growing number of credit card portfolios within the German Savings Bank Finance Group (Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe). FI has been responsible for the credit card processing of PLUSCARD since January 1, 2011. Going forward, its "OSPlus-Card-Processing" platform will be used to process the credit card portfolios of Bayern Card-Services as well as PLUSCARD. An important component of the new system for PLUSCARD is the "Worldline Pay Front Office (WLP FO)" software from Atos Worldline, Atos core expertise in hi-tech transactional services.

This new cashless and cardless system permits secure and convenient payments by enabling customers to use their fingerprint and a personal identification number (PIN).

  • Electronic payment transactions in Belgium in 2012, focus on 2013
    Brussels, 5 February 2013 - Atos Worldline, Atos core expertise in hi tech transactional services and Belgium’s most important processor of payment transactions, releases its 2012 transaction figures for Belgium today. In 2012 it processed a total of 1,473,683,424 transactions (+6.2%), amounting to an average of 2804 transactions a minute. The proportion of Bancontact/Mister Cash transactions exceeded one billion for the first time (1,028,890,132, +5.7%). The number of VISA and MasterCard payments rose last year by 10.5%.
